Developing CycleOfSales.com is a culmination of approximately 10 years effort drawing on direct sales experience starting @1987. It’s been a true “labor of love” and after repeated attempts to procrastinate, I finally “finished” (if I can say finish- since this site is sort of evolving all the time!) and the result is this web site.
My goal was to create a resource for direct sales professional to assist with helping the individual improve and to basically, “earn more in less time” (time spent in the school of hard knocks, going through learning curves, and experimenting with all types of sales training- some good, and some bad.)
I’ve attempted to load this site with a great deal of free sales information that any sales person can learn from and apply. Basically letting these sales people be their own judge whether this information is truly valuable and beneficial. I’ve compiled information drawn from direct experience- experience I’ve learned from for a long time. I’ve used the skills and techniques listed in this course repeatedly in many different industries both on a personal level as well as recruiting and training teams of sales people.
I’ve also managed (some how!) to develop 12 sales, management, and recruiting audio courses with pdf downloads. This project was one of the most challenging projects I’ve ever attempted and completed. I would like to thank Kevin Macleod (www.incompetech.com) for his musical genius (I used “Sunshine” as the intro and ending music in my courses).
